Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Recycled Plastic Products / Industrial Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate B2B sales for industrial and recycled plastic products.
- Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, factories, and procurement teams.
- Build and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Experience in building materials, pallets, packaging, construction, or related industries.
- Strong network with dealers, contractors, warehouses, factories, and procurement teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with travel and CRM/Excel-based reporting.
