Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in driving business growth for Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to achieve set targets. The role will also involve formulating and executing effective sales strategies, providing regular client support and consultations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellence in service delivery. A key objective of the role is to enhance market presence through partnerships and lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent client relationship management and customer service aptitude.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for market research and lead generation.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools is desirable.
