We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Associate with experience in SaaS sales to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients.
Understand customer pain points and position SaaS solutions effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solution sales.
Strong experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and client acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience handling mid-market or enterprise clients preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription sales.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
Experience in IT SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, EdTech, or Cloud solutions is a plus.
Knowledge of inside sales and consultative selling methodologies
