Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Coimbatore. As a fresher in the sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. You will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, engaging with clients, and providing exceptional customer support for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to identify opportunities and trends
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and secure prospects
- Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- A goal-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in a results-driven sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
