🔹 BU Head – Diagnostics Business Units
📍 Location: Mumbai, India (National Role)
We are hiring senior leaders to head strategic business units across India. These roles carry full P&L accountability and require proven expertise in diagnostics portfolio management.

- BU Head – Hematology & HPLC Solutions
- BU Head – Molecular & Specialty Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete P&L responsibility for assigned BU.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
- Lead new product launches and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Engage with key customers, laboratories, and KOLs to shape market strategy.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, and other accreditation standards.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 12–20+ years of experience in IVD/Diagnostics with national-level exposure.
- Hands-on expertise in Molecular PCR, CLIA, Biochemistry, Hematology, and automation platforms.
- Proven track record of managing product P&L and leading large teams.
- Strong financial acumen, collaborative leadership style, and outcome orientation.
