ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Business Head to lead and scale Dimois Academy as a high-growth, high-impact vertical.
This role requires full ownership of the business, including strategy, execution, revenue growth, academic quality, and brand positioning. You will be responsible for building a scalable and sustainable education business model aligned with global standards.
This is a leadership role with direct accountability for P&L, growth, and long-term positioning of the Academy in the MENA region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
● Own and drive the overall business strategy and growth roadmap for Dimois Academy
● Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency
● Build scalable revenue models across:
– Online programs
– Offline programs
– Hybrid learning formats
● Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the MENA region
2. Program Development & Academic Excellence
● Define and maintain global standards of academic quality
● Design and launch future-oriented programs aligned with industry demand
● Ensure programs deliver real career outcomes and market relevance
● Continuously improve curriculum based on:
– Industry trends
– Learner feedback
– Market requirements
3. Expert & Mentor Ecosystem Development
● Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality industry experts and mentors
● Build a strong faculty and mentor network across relevant domains
● Ensure consistent delivery quality and engagement from mentors
● Position Dimois Academy as a platform of authority through expert-led learning
4. Academic Operations & Delivery
● Oversee end-to-end academic operations:
– Program delivery
– Scheduling
– Learner experience
● Ensure smooth coordination between:
– Faculty
– Operations team
– Student support teams
● Maintain high standards in execution and learner satisfaction
5. Marketing, Sales & Growth
● Work closely with marketing and sales teams to:
– Define go-to-market strategies
– Drive lead generation and conversions
● Align program positioning with target audience needs
● Build scalable enrollment and revenue pipelines
6. Brand Building & Market Positioning
● Establish Dimois Academy as a premium, globally benchmarked learning platform
● Drive brand positioning across the MENA region
● Ensure consistency in:
– Messaging
– Communication
– Market perception
● Contribute to long-term authority and brand equity building
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
● Collaborate with:
– Creative team
– Digital marketing team
– Admissions team
– L&D
● Ensure alignment between brand, performance, and academic delivery
Build and lead internal teams as the vertical scales
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven experience in similar leadership roles in education / edtech / training ecosystems
● Strong experience in building and scaling programs or business verticals
● Demonstrated ability to handle P&L ownership and revenue growth
● Excellent international-level communication and presentation skills
● Strong understanding of:
– Program development
– Academic operations
– Marketing and sales alignment
● Experience or exposure to the MENA / international market (preferred)
