Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Travel Consultant, based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Business Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with planning and managing their business trips, booking travel options including flights, accommodations, and car rentals, while ensuring cost efficiency and a seamless travel experience. The role requires excellent customer service, developing itineraries tailored to client needs, providing travel-related advice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to craft tailored itineraries and ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients and address their needs effectively
- Experience in coordinating Car Rentals and other travel logistics efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to relay information clearly to clients and vendors
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking tools and software is an advantage
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations is beneficial
- A bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for travel, exploration, and crafting one-of-a-kind experiences.
