Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Transformation Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to assess business challenges, redefine processes, and implement effective transformation strategies. Responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses, designing business processes, providing management consulting, and guiding organizations through strategic business changes. You will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on sustainable and impactful solutions for clients' growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Transformation and Business Process improvement
- Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Experience in Consulting or Management Consulting roles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Familiarity with the SMB sector and experience delivering tailored solutions to growing businesses
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
