Role Description
The Business Tech Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves leading technical support and business operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business challenges, delivering technical solutions, supporting sales processes, and providing training to internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also requires exceptional communication and leadership skills to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in complex business and technical scenarios
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to support business development strategies
- Experience in developing and delivering Training programs for teams and clients
- Proactive approach to leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with technology trends and tools, along with an aptitude for learning new systems and processes
