SQL AND Tableau AND Data analysis And Power BI

We are looking for a Business Systems Data Analyst to support analytics and reporting initiatives for a custom billing solution. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate billing operations, deliver insights, and enhance application functionality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze billing data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvements

• Work with business and technical teams on SAP / Salesforce (SFDC) datadependencies

• Support data model design and reporting initiatives

• Build reports and dashboards using Tableau / Power BI

• Use SQL to query and analyze enterprise data

• Assist in incident resolution and application enhancements

🔹 Required Skills:

• Business Systems Analysis / Data Analysis

• SQL & Data Analysis

• SAP / Salesforce (SFDC) data understanding

• Tableau / Power BI reporting

• Strong communication with cross-functional teams
