Mandatory Skills
· Hands-on experience with Business System Analysis Specialist .
• Must have 8+ years of IT experience, 2+ years in managing endpoint tools – Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
• Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
• ITIL foundation certifications
• Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable
