Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Support Intern to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to support key business functions including project management, client success, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow quickly in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of strategic projects across business units
- Manage and support client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
- Draft and manage business documentation including agreements and invoices
- Attend leadership meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
- Conduct market and competitor research for strategic initiatives
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve efficiency and decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in business operations, support, or consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be available for full-time work from office (Andheri East, Mumbai)
