Role Overview
Responsible for providing executive support to the Senior Vice President – Wealth, while managing client coordination, account servicing, reporting, and operational support for wealth management activities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the SVP’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients for account-related queries, documentation, and servicing.
- Prepare and maintain client MIS, portfolio reports, and presentations.
- Support onboarding, transaction processing, and wealth operations activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, meeting notes, and management reports.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support relationship management initiatives and client engagement activities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in executive assistance, wealth operations, or client servicing
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Experience in BFSI / wealth management preferred
