We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.
The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely delivery coordination, and responsive issue resolution.
Process sales orders, quotations, returns, and delivery updates as per company systems.
Provide accurate product availability, pricing, and lead time information.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse, procurement) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Track shipments and proactively update customers on order status.
Manage customer complaints or issues efficiently and follow through to resolution.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy.
Support the sales team in account servicing and post-sales support.
Payment follows up customer, sending them reminder emails
Inventory sharing with customer
