(A)JOB SUMMARY

The Business Support Executive will assist multiple teams in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for sharp, tech-savvy individuals with a keen interest in enterprise software, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration — who are comfortable using AI tools and can hit the ground running.


(B)JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Software Implementation & Configuration:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of various enterprise tools and software.
  • Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Conduct system testing (UAT) to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for technical support, issue resolution, and module setup.

Process Documentation & Training:

  • Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and how-to guides for newly implemented systems.
  • Assist in conducting end-user training sessions and walkthroughs for employees.
  • Document process flows and help map current workflows to new system functionalities.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and the vendor/technical team for issue resolution.
  • Track implementation milestones, flag blockers, and ensure timely project delivery.

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Monitor system performance post-go-live and escalate critical issues promptly.
  • Collect feedback from end-users and coordinate enhancements with the technical team.
  • Maintain an issue log and track resolution timelines.


(C)QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

•1–2 years of professional or internship experience in a software, operations, or business support role.

•Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) to enhance productivity; familiarity with prompt engineering is a strong plus.

•Quick learner — able to pick up new tools, systems, and processes with minimal hand-holding.

•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and draft clear, professional documentation independently.

•Familiarity with software implementation lifecycle, UAT, and change management concepts.

•Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.

•Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and analytical approach.

•Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
