Location: Mumbai

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Management and Business Strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information related to Sales, Products, new initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth.
Perform data crunching, data mining, and analyze sales data, including historical performance, market trends, and insights, to identify business opportunities and challenges.
Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the Sales team and Management.
Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
Prepare and monitor weekly sales funnel performance reports.
Work closely with Business teams to identify and track potential business opportunities.
Monitor product-wise business performance (Target vs. Achievement) and present key insights to Management.
Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Manage CRM user access for the Business team and provide support in resolving CRM-related issues.
Provide sales representatives with relevant business reports and data, including:
Traffic & Revenue Reports
DLT Reports
Sales Funnel & Pipeline Reports
Opportunity Stage Reports
Act as a liaison between the Sales team and cross-functional departments.
Ensure the Sales team regularly updates leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.

What You'll Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a Sales, Business Strategy, or Marketing environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and data crunching with Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Prior experience working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) will be an added advantage.
