Role Description
Truminds Software Systems is seeking a Business Development Strategy Professional to drive growth across the Telecommunications and IoT ecosystem. The role focuses on market intelligence, account-based marketing (ABM), and targeted outbound campaigns to generate enterprise pipeline. The candidate will support go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop ICP-based account segmentation, and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes. Working closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams, the role will help identify strategic opportunities, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen Truminds’ presence across key technology ecosystems and enterprise accounts.
Qualifications
- Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Develop Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) frameworks, account segmentation, and target account lists
- Drive pipeline acceleration and enterprise lead generation across strategic accounts
- Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and ecosystem mapping in Telecom and IoT markets
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development for new services and technology solutions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align campaign strategy with revenue growth
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot; good to have experience with Tableau, Advanced Excel, and other analytics/reporting tools
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years experience in business development, growth strategy, ABM campaigns, or GTM strategy
- Exposure to Telecommunications, IoT, embedded systems, SaaS, or digital engineering ecosystems
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
