We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join the CEOs and CFOs Office. In this role, you will work directly with the Company’s Management Team, providing in-depth business insights, provide strategy and analyse to facilitate informed decision-making.
Critical Tasks
- Work closely with the KMPs to gather, process, and analyze data across various domains.
- Work in guidance with the KMPs towards project execution.
- Support the business’s needs to coordinate between different functions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business to help drive critical decisions.
- Present clear and concise analysis, leaving decision-making and strategy development to the founder.
- Participate with cross functions and identify actionable targets for KMPs, provide support in execution of targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the various ongoing business project executions
- Providing management status updates related to project execution and success factors
- Monitoring project status.
- Strong Business acumen to understand complex business scenarios, proving probable solution matrix
Educational Background and Work Experience
- Experience: 3-6 years of proven experience in Strategy and business intelligence preferably in B2B or B2C sectors.
Technical Skills:
Communication Skills: Strong ability to present data, presentations and follow-ups in a clear and concise manner. Strong Business acumen to understand complex business scenarios
Analytical Skills: Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Educational Background: A degree in MBA or equivalent
Competencies:
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience as Founder or Co-Founder will be good
- Preference for candidates inclined towards strategic roles

Internal: Sales & Marketing, Finance, Plant & Operations
External: Consultants, Knowledge Partners and Business Partners
