We are looking for a high ownership, analytically strong and execution-oriented individual to work closely with the founders across business, retail, strategy and growth initiatives at Mulmul.
This is not a conventional corporate role.
You will work across functions, solve real business problems, drive execution and help scale one of India’s leading premium fashion brands.
What you’ll work on:
* Retail and business analytics• Strategic and founder-led projects• Category and product performance insights• Cross-functional execution across teams• Operational improvement initiatives• Launches, growth and expansion projects• Customer and business performance tracking
Who this role is ideal for:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset• Fashion / retail / luxury background preferred• Ability to move between strategy and execution• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Background:
* Masters in Fashion Management / Luxury Management / Business• NIFT / Pearl / premium fashion institutes preferred• 0-3 years experience in fashion, retail, consulting or consumer brands
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deep business understanding while working directly with founders and taking real ownership from day one.
