Role Description
This is a full-time Business Strategy And Growth Builder role, based in New Delhi with hybrid work flexibility. The role involves crafting and executing business strategies to drive organizational growth, identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, conducting market research to uncover emerging opportunities, and optimizing operational processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with the organization's long-term objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business strategy, market research, and growth planning
- Experience in forging strategic partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with the education or AI innovation sectors is a plus
