What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and engage prospective clients for focused residential projects, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting the right home based on their preferences and budget.
• Drive business development and revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. • Present Grahm’s offerings and project solutions through client meetings, presentations, property walkthroughs, and site visits.
• Convert qualified leads into successful closures through consultative selling, advisory discussions, and effective negotiations.
• Build strong market presence and strengthen Grahm’s brand credibility within the residential real estate ecosystem. • Generate repeat business and referrals by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developer partners.
• Coordinate with internal sales, CRM, and developer teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and smooth project execution.
• Take ownership of site visit planning, follow-ups, and conversion management to maximize sales closures.
• Maintain strong follow-up mechanisms to improve lead engagement, customer experience, and conversion ratios.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and project developments to provide better advisory support to clients.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall team performance.
• Monitor team productivity, site visit conversions, and sales performance while ensuring target achievement and process adherence.
Who You Are – Skills & Experience Required
• Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA from any discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in B2C real estate sales.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve revenue and closure targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a consultative and customer-centric sales approach.
• High ownership mindset with strong accountability for individual and team results.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
• Highly organized with strong time management, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability and a quick learning attitude.
• Bi-lingual or multi-lingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable using productivity and CRM tools such as Office365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
