Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur for a Business Strategist. The Business Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market analysis, and providing insights to drive organizational growth. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, advising on strategy formulation, collaborating with teams to improve operations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively
- Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to identify challenges and propose actionable solutions
- Must know meta and google ads
- Proficiency in Business Strategy development, with the ability to design and implement growth-driven plans
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to think critically and make data-backed decisions
- Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
