Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Strategist role based in Chennai. The Business Strategist will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and brand development for clients. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, formulating actionable business plans, and advising clients on achieving their objectives. The role requires engagement with branding, marketing, and operational workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Branding, Marketing, and Advertising principles.
- Excellent skills in Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical Thinking.

- Experience with Digital Transformation and adapting strategies for dynamic business environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record in creating and growing business opportunities.
- Experience working with startups or established brands is highly advantageous.
