Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Sales Associate. The role involves developing and managing client accounts, driving sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Sales Associate will engage with current and potential clients to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Other key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling inquiries, and collaborating with team members to optimize business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to resolve client inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a results-oriented mindset and proven success in meeting targets.
- Experience in Account Management, including building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and demonstrate excellent time management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the Forex or financial trading industry is a strong advantage.
