Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Specialist based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Business Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as developing and implementing business plans, analyzing data to determine business performance, enhancing customer service practices, and improving operational workflows. - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and performance metrics effectively
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and general Business operations
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to address patient and community needs effectively
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work on-site in Tamil Nadu
- Experience in healthcare management or related fields is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
