Role Overview
We are looking for Segment lead - Growth business (Motor Insurance) at Policybazaar! The individual will be responsible for defining and executing the customer communication and engagement strategy for Motor business across digital channels including WhatsApp, CRM platforms (email/SMS), and Policybazaar App.
What you’ll own:
- Define and execute the omni-channel CRM communication strategy (WhatsApp, email, SMS, in-app).
- Build and apply customer segmentation to enable targeted communications.
- Plan, execute, and track performance metrics (CTR, Conv% etc) across. multiple campaigns to improve performance.
- Manage Drip commuications to create engagement with customers and help optimise the funnel.
What are we looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting/growth or lifecycle marketing
- Strong business acumen, hands on with data tools like SQL/Amazon Athena/Quicksight
- Preferably a Tier 1 B-School Grad (not mandatory!)
