About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional to work closely with the CEO and lead key initiatives across strategy, investor relations, and business operations. This is a high-visibility role with strong exposure to leadership and growth into a strategic position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive investor communication and fundraising support (pitch decks, data rooms, investor research)
- Prepare and manage board meetings, MIS reports, and strategic updates
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
- Support financial planning, projections, and unit economics analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Handle high-priority tasks, escalations, and CEO-level initiatives
Key Work Exposure / Portfolio
- Support end-to-end investor coordination, including data preparation, follow-ups, and due diligence support
- Manage board meetings and draft MoMs for leadership and portfolio entities
- Conduct market research and opportunity analysis for new business segments
- Assisted in financial projections, funding documentation, and basic unit economics
- Handle customer escalation tracking and reporting to CEO
- Coordinated with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless execution

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or founder’s office roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
