Role Description
The Business Sales Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves developing new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and promoting the company’s digital marketing services. The Trainee will engage in client interactions, support sales processes, conduct market research, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets. The role provides an excellent opportunity to build skills, learn sales strategies, and grow within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Understanding of basic Business concepts and processes
- Customer Service and client management capabilities
- Skills in New Business Development and building client relationships
- Experience or interest in Sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
