Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, supporting the end-to-end sales process, and developing the skills required to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct warm calls to leads provided by the company
- Present products and services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Prepare sales presentations and pitch decks
- Develop and share customized proposals with clients
- Attend and assist in client meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
Required Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- Confidence in interacting with clients
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in sales
