Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Business Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and driving sales teams to achieve targets, analyzing sales data to develop strategic plans, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also involve ensuring excellent customer service, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting product training, and implementing initiatives to strengthen and grow the organization’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Management and Sales expertise, including experience in achieving sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data trends, market demands, and performance metrics
- Proven Customer Service orientation with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills for team management, customer interaction, and presenting sales strategies
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage goals, and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
