Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Sales Manager located in Patna. The Business Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, training and leading teams, developing strategic plans, and enhancing customer satisfaction to support organizational objectives. The role also involves analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights for organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Management and Analytical Skills to identify market opportunities and implement effective strategies
- Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service delivery to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and teams
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research
