About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Consultant who can drive organisational excellence for clients by combining strong expertise in Sales, HR, and Business Strategy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in diagnosing business challenges, designing structured solutions, and ensuring effective implementation at the client’s end.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Advisory & Business Management
- Understand client business models, challenges, and growth objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to improve overall organisational efficiency
- Lead end-to-end consulting assignments across functions (Sales, HR, Operations)
- Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
2. Strategy Development & Execution
- Design business growth strategies aligned with client goals
- Develop actionable roadmaps and ensure on-ground implementation
- Monitor progress and optimise strategies based on performance metrics
- Drive execution discipline across departments
3. Sales Consulting & Revenue Growth
- Analyse existing sales processes and identify gaps
- Design sales strategies, funnels, and conversion frameworks
- Set revenue targets and track achievement
- Train client teams on sales techniques, negotiation, and closure
4. HR Systems & Organisational Development
- Design and implement HR frameworks and policies
- Develop organisational structures aligned with business goals
- Improve employee engagement, retention, and performance systems
- Support talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning
5. Process Design & Documentation
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop Job Descriptions for various roles
- Define and implement KRAs and KPIs
- Standardise workflows to improve efficiency and accountability
6. Performance Management & Reporting
- Establish measurable performance tracking systems
- Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights
- Prepare client reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Ensure continuous improvement across all implemented systems
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy & Execution
- Knowledge of HR Systems & Organisational Development
- Proficiency in creating SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and JDs
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong execution and implementation mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven decision-making ability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management,
- MBA (Marketing)
- Or related field
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in consulting, business advisory, or leadership roles
- Proven track record in driving business growth and organisational transformation
- Hands-on experience in both Sales and HR functions
