Job Title: Business Sales Administration/Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 5–7 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Business Sales Administration professional with strong domain expertise in Insurance and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives, especially in migrating legacy systems to modern platforms like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and design discussions with business stakeholders
- Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless system connectivity
- Support and manage quoting scenarios and business sales processes
- Participate in digital transformation projects, especially migration from legacy systems to Salesforce
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality
Primary Skills Required
- Strong experience in Quoting Scenarios / Sales Administration processes
- Proven experience working with Insurance and Healthcare companies
- Hands-on experience in transformation projects (Legacy → Salesforce)
- Ability to independently lead requirement and design discussions
- Experience collaborating with integration teams
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
- Functional Business Analyst experience in Insurance / Healthcare domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of insurance/healthcare business processes
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote setup
