As a Business Resiliency Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and continuously improving Enterprise Resiliency capabilities across business continuity, crisis management, and risk preparedness. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing data, assessing risks, and providing actionable insights to strengthen the organization’s ability to manage and recover from disruptions. This role supports Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Enterprise Resilience programs by leveraging advanced analytical tools to identify risks, measure organizational readiness, and recommend strategic enhancements. Job Description: Business Resiliency Analyst
As a Business Resiliency Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational resilience. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing data, assessing risks, and providing actionable insights to strengthen the organization’s ability to manage and recover from disruptions. This role supports business continuity, crisis management, and enterprise resilience programs by leveraging advanced analytical tools to identify risks, measure organizational readiness, and recommend strategic enhancements. Your contributions will directly impact operational stability, ensuring long-term success and resilience in a dynamic global environment.
Job Description: Business Resiliency Analyst
- Own or co-own Enterprise Resiliency programs, partnering with senior leaders to influence risk-based decisions and preparedness priorities.
- Lead and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment programs across the organization to identify and address risks.
- Develop, facilitate, and evaluate Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans, ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
- Plan and manage exercises to test business continuity plans, crisis management protocols, emergency notification processes, and lead training and awareness initiatives.
- Provide leadership in resiliency by staying informed on best practices and translating them into actionable operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure organizational commitment and resources for strategic resilience initiatives.
Minimum Requirements For The Role
- 5+ years of proven experience in Global or Enterprise-level Resiliency Programs (Crisis Management and Business Continuity).
- Ability to coordinate and lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment programs across the enterprise.
- Expertise in developing, facilitating, and measuring effective Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans, ensuring alignment with industry and regulatory standards.
- Experience in planning and coordinating exercises to test business continuity plans, incident management protocols, emergency notification processes, including creating schedules for training and awareness programs.
- Strong leadership in resiliency, staying informed of best practices and translating them into actionable operational strategies.
- Proven experience in collaborating with leaders across departments to secure organizational commitment and resources for strategic initiatives.
- Be point of contact for stakeholders across the Globe.
Ideal Candidate Also Has
- Understanding of basic Physical Security standards and technology.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or similar tools.
