Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Relationship Manager - Working Capital for MSME for our Mumbai location. This is a full-time on-site role. The primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture business relationships with small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to address their working capital needs. The role includes prospecting new clients, understanding their financial requirements, offering relevant banking and financial solutions, and ensuring successful client onboarding. Tracking market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Relationship Management skills, with experience in handling working capital requirements for MSMEs.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and knowledge of banking processes.
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Lead Generation strategies.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Engagement skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales and growth targets.
- Competence in team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
