Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving set business targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, strategizing to expand the client base, providing key insights to help optimize operations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, addressing customer concerns, and actively contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
- Sales and marketing expertise, with experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Analytical thinking, market research capabilities, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in creating reports and leveraging data for decision-making
- Knowledge of the life insurance sector or financial services industry is highly beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
