Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Relations Executive, based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for partial remote work. The individual will actively build and manage relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive company growth. Responsibilities include client outreach, overseeing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing tailored strategies to meet client objectives. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a results-oriented approach to business development.
Qualifications
- Experience with business development, account management, and client relationship-building
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to craft and implement strategic plans for client engagement and growth
- Familiarity with marketing principles and tools, and a collaborative approach to working with marketing and sales teams
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the digital branding or marketing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
