Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Registration Executive, based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Registration Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in completing registration procedures, managing compliance-related documentation, and maintaining effective communication with relevant regulatory authorities. Other responsibilities include staying updated on legal and statutory regulations, handling queries from clients, and contributing to a seamless onboarding process for new businesses.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing documentation and familiarity with regulatory and legal compliance processes
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in business registration or corporate compliance is an added advantage
- Proficient in relevant software applications and tools
