Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Recruiter to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The Business Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Duties include crafting job postings, leveraging multiple recruitment tools, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and sourcing candidates
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the health and human services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
