We are looking for a Business Process SOX professional with strong experience in Internal Audit and SOX 404 engagements to join our growing Risk Advisory team.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Domain: Risk Advisory / Internal Audit / SOX Audit
Key Responsibilities
• Perform work on SOX 404 engagements and Internal Audit assignments
• Conduct Tests of Design (TOD) and Tests of Operating Effectiveness (TOE) for business process controls
• Ensure high-quality documentation and review of testing results
• Support multiple audit projects while meeting defined timelines and budgets
• Communicate potential risks or delays to engagement leads proactively
Functional Exposure
Experience in Business Process Controls Testing across areas such as:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Financial Statement Close
• Equity
• Inventory
• Payroll
• Human Resources
• Treasury
• Investments
• Entity-Level Controls
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple audit assignments
Preferred Experience
• Background in Risk Advisory / Internal Audit / SOX Audit
• Exposure to risk assessments, process walkthroughs, flowcharting, and internal control design
• Experience with consulting firms or large audit environments is a plus
Qualifications
MBA (Finance)
OR
Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent
