Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, including Apex classes, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Deliver user stories spanning both Sales/Service processes and TaskRay enhancements, from grooming through development, testing, and deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with senior team members and functional leads
- Build and enhance declarative automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Duplicate Rules
- Implement and maintain TaskRay configurations and customizations supporting professional services execution and project financials
- Customize page layouts, record types, custom settings, custom metadata, and sharing configurations to meet evolving business needs
- Perform mass data updates across sales/service and TaskRay objects, including roles and public groups, ensuring data consistency and integrity
- Build reports and dashboards that enable informed decision-making for sales operations and professional services stakeholders
- Participate in deployment activities across sandbox and production environments, including validation, post-deployment support, and source control practices
- Troubleshoot defects and performance issues, with attention to bulkification, governor limits, and code quality
- Coordinate with multiple track admins and cross-functional teams during release cycles to ensure smooth execution and minimal business impact
- Write clear, maintainable code aligned to specifications, with appropriate unit test coverage
- Document configurations, technical designs, and changes in line with team standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience working on Sales and TaskRay user stories within an enterprise Salesforce environment
- 3-4 years of experience delivering and supporting SaaS-based business applications
