Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Business Process Management Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key tasks include identifying areas for improvement, implementing data-driven process enhancements, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize workflows. The role also involves presenting findings, preparing detailed documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Process Management, Business Process Improvement, and Business Process optimization
- Advanced Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate findings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management tools or methodologies is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or related service-driven industries is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma as a Green Belt or Black-belt is desired
- Experience in financial services or process improvement of Finance related operations
