Summary
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
