Business Process Consultant –SmartRecruiters

Technical Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in SmartRecruiters implementation, configuration, and administration. Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of global Talent Acquisition operations and the recruitment lifecycle. Integration Proficiency: Proven experience working with technical teams to manage API-led integrations and middleware connectivity. Consulting Skillset: Strong communication and influence skills; ability to manage global/regional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization. Autonomous Delivery: Ability to drive projects independently within a remote or hybrid work environment.
