Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the process blueprints are accurately developed. You will work closely with the Application Architect to translate business needs into application requirements, while also participating in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are met. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders about the designs to foster a comprehensive understanding of the processes being implemented.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
- Experience with performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Ability to analyze and improve existing business processes.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
