Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives. Throughout the day, the architect balances strategic planning with practical considerations to facilitate seamless process integration and improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending actionable solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Capability to manage cross-functional collaboration and lead process improvement efforts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
