The Role
We are looking for a Business Platform Engineer (1–2 years experience) to join our team in Bhopal. This isn't a typical "developer" role. You will be at the intersection of business logic and modern software engineering, responsible for designing and implementing solutions that power entire enterprises.
Whether you are writing SuiteScript, building custom React frontends, or leveraging AI to accelerate your workflow, you will have the autonomy to solve complex architectural puzzles from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Build and implement business platform solutions with a focus on NetSuite, React.js, and modern JavaScript.
- Full-Stack Optimization: Create custom software applications that bridge the gap between ERP data and user-friendly interfaces.
- System Health: Troubleshoot platform issues, ensure system scalability, and manage underlying infrastructure and databases.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize operations like demand planning, inventory management, and revenue recognition.
Qualifications
- Technical Edge: Strong skills in software development and programming (JavaScript/ES6+ is essential; React experience is a major plus).
- ERP Mindset: 1–2 years of experience in NetSuite development or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Systems Literacy: Knowledge of databases and a solid understanding of how infrastructure supports high-performance applications.
- Modern Workflow: Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools to increase coding efficiency and accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
