The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. The candidate should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects about products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
Required Skills
- 2–5 years experience in performance marketing (D2C preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Good understanding of Google Ads
- Deep understanding of ad funnels
- Experience scaling campaigns to ₹5L+ monthly budgets
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable working with data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
