Add-wise Tax LLC is looking to onboard a strategic partner to build and scale a new service line focused on:

• Commercial & Residential Insurance (P&C)
• Business Loans & Working Capital Solutions
• Broader Small Business Financial Services

This is not a traditional employment role. We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with prior experience in the U.S. insurance industry who is interested in building and owning a vertical, not just operating within one.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in U.S. insurance (brokerage, underwriting, or agency development)
• Strong understanding of small business financial needs
• Ability to build partnerships with carriers, lenders, and service providers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision
