Job Description: Business Partner
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Partner who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Experience with large-scale events is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to deeply understand the guidelines, requirements, and objectives. Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the internal team to develop innovative strategies and actionable plans that align with client goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the creation of presentation decks, project checklists, and other necessary materials. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. Foster a collaborative environment that maximizes team performance.
- Quality Control: Take responsibility for the quality of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets. Perform thorough quality checks before client delivery.
- Business Development: Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the client base. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on team performance, project outcomes, and businessdevelopment efforts. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
